This week I’m sending out a foul sheet that was taken from the CIF Rules addendum and reformatted with language that is more customary for officials. I’ve highlighted the Loss of Down (LOD) fouls in green and the Automatic 1st Down penalties in yellow. This may serve as a handy study tool prior to games for our officials. - Steve
